What a krass day today. Full. Chocca bloc. Productive all round. Jenny and I nailed the itinerary for Project_M.
Then we visited the retreat location. My third olive oil tasting ✔️. I know a bit about extra virgin olive oil now! It takes roughly 1,5 kgs of 🫒 to produce 250 ml of oil. Fruit, bitterness & spice are the three parameters used to express the flavor of an extra virgin olive oil. Treurer is strong on the fruit.
Then dinner there. If I continue to eat this well, I’ll need to book an extra seat on the plane home!
