Home hunting time.
In June 2024, I manifested starting a business on Mallorca. And in September 2025, the set up was done. And then we started speaking about a second home on the island, and this trip was about making it happen.
We had 11 viewings in two days, and it was a marathon to say the least! There were so many different properties, with different characteristics, and in so many different locations. It was somewhat overwhelming!
We stayed at the Nobis hotel, which was a true delight! A beautiful hotel in the heart of Palma.
On our second day, after having seen 11 properties, we had some fun evaluating according to categories. We looked at things like infrastructure, access to leisure, activities, location, and available inventory. We both agreed on the same place! Here we come second home on la isla bonita.
