Okay, Sydney … you win. I like you a lot. What an amazing city, vibe, and place to be. In honour of my last evening here, I dedicate this entry to food glorious food.

Kangaroo tartare & Kingfish crudo

Well, who would have thought I’d be eating kangaroo. And yes, the thought of a lorry full of them being taken to slaughter did actually challenge me a lot, but when down under do as down under would do: Eat local produce. it was fantastic. In fact, the whole experience at Jane was amazing. Intimate fine-dining. Mega.

Watermelon sorbet with green ants

Yes, green ants as in ants the insect. They were delicious, citrus-like, and oh what a palate experience that was.
