The big smoke aka London never gets boring. This time it was a quick hop and skip to take one of the four children back to the UK for another half-term at school.

Lime bikes, only available in E-mode.

For non-British residents, don‘t even try and rent the Santander Bikes. It doesn’t work, even though downloading the app does.

The Kusama Pumpkin in Hyde Park

We were cycling through Hyde Park when this pumpkin appeared out of nowhere! It was fun to see perched on the grass.

Portobello Road Market and Borough Market were amazing, and so hip and vibrant.

Strawberries coated in on-tap warm chocolate.
Borough Market.
Portobello Road art. Made you look!

We also had dinner at NOPI, an Ottolenghi restaurant. It was so delicious. The setting was simple, the food tasty and the atmosphere relaxed. Recommended!

Crispy mushrooms, yum!

Then there was the Sketch, a crazy place just off Regent Street. A multi-sensory experience. The toilets are definitely worth a visit.

Luxury toilet pods. Unbelievable.

Thank you, London, we had a great time!
